The film follows a girl as she looks back on her struggles, confronts confusion, and chooses to change. What begins as personal introspection becomes universal inspiration as we realize everyone is fighting their own battles and finding their own path toward healing.
"Phases" is about resilience. It's about recognizing that difficult seasons don't last forever, and that with intention and effort, we can reshape our lives and emerge stronger. Through this pandemic-era reflection, I wanted to capture the universal human need to grow, to better ourselves, and build a "post-COVID" life filled with more purpose and happiness.
